Driver was waiting to make a challenging right turn into a road with continuous traffic. The driver ahead of him had been waiting to make that same right turn for about a minute (there hadn’t been a gap in which to make the turn safely). The driver of the Polo then began wildly gesticulating with his hands and honking his horn (inappropriate/illegal use of the horn as the Polo driver was stopped and the honking would not avert a crash) to intimidate the driver ahead. I witnessed this while waiting behind the Polo driver.
