Caught on dashboard camera performing a multiple car overtake on a bend with oncoming traffic. Car was very close to colliding with a car on the opposite side of the road. Was then seen driving at excessive speeds around Whitby town centre. Driver was evidently a boy racer chav trying to impress his friends
