The driver of yet another Highway Maintenance vehicle without a bloody clue! I was behind a ford that was behind this HM van and both slowed down rather suddenly to allow a car to exit from a junction. I can't really blame the ford driver as he would have needed to brake so as not to hit the van but the driver could at least have honked the van as I would have done. The driver of the van needs to read the Highway Code and realise WHO gives way to WHO. Being in a lorry I could very easily have hit the ford which would then have impacted on you. Please learn the rules of the road!
