Weird person tailgating and laughing to himself while waving his hands around, only thing I can assume is that he wanted to race. I think he's massively insecure if he feels he has to challenge cars that are more powerful than his to feed his ego when he drives off fast when I wasn't interested. Also he was shaking loads, no idea why this guy is so weird.
