Little old man driving slowly (20mph below limit) and probably 6 foot away from the chrb either side of the road ( directly over the middle line) somehow didnt hit any of the few drivers going past but was very close to an accident (within an inch at some times). Didnt try to move, then decided to park in the middle of the road outside a shop. A van who drove past had to send his van off the road just to avoid him. Keep in mind this is a large road and a small car pushing people off. Very dangerous, would be suprised if there isnt going to be more reports.
