I caught the driver of this vehicle up as he was doing 35mph in a 50 mph zone. When we got to the roundabout the driver positioned himself in the middle sitting between two lanes with his right indicator going. Halfway around the roundabout he then indicates left and exits towards the village effectively going straight over. No understanding of roundabout procedure, lane discipline or correct indicating!!
