This brainless driver cut me up stealing my stopping gap and almost ending up with my loaded lorry embedded in his back end. He wasn't coming off at the next junction so there was no need for him to change lanes anyway. A little later I noticed him braking to allow drivers onto the motorway from a sliproad. He eventually exited at junction 16. I suggest this driver take a good hard look at a current Highway Code!!
