I caught this driver up doing less than the 30mph speed limit through the village. At the cross keys roundabout she tried to drive straight on even though she was in the lane for turning left and almost hit me in the side. She was totally unaware, hadn't checked her mirrors and didn't flinch even when I honked her! She had a mobile phone obscuring so much of her windscreen I'm surprised she could see anything at all. Best of all though, she had a "P" sticker on the back of her car which begs the question "How the hell did you pass your test?"
