Parked fully across pavement blocking the way. Driver and passenger were verbally abusive to myself andy 3 year old daughter when I asked them to move. Drove off as I tried to take a picture of them.
Middle aged white women. Brown hair, bags under eyes, spotty complexion, rather unfortunate looking.
