I was in the right hand lane of the A2 proceeding towards Strood. The nearside lane branches off towards Medway Tunnel. The vehicle in question SG15CKL decided he wanted to get to the inside lane from where he was at the A2/M2 junction and pulled across immediately in front of just short of the M2 road markings, this caused me to brake hard and take evasive action as I had a vehicle in the nearside lane alongside of me, so I could not have pulled over into the bypass lane anyway. He narrowly missed my front offside wing, the driver then slammed on their brakes ,again almost causing a collision, he then crossed over into the nearside lane of the bypass, and sped away, whilst I continued down the A2 towards Strood.
I do have video evidence as well as still images.
Did not have time to notice. My full concentration was taken up in trying to avoid a collision.
