This douchebag decided to park in an EV only space in a gas car. I checked on gov.uk website which confirms it is a diesel and not an EV. In the photo you can see the charging port on the right of the space meant for EVs, and you can see the car as well as the plate. Couldn't charge my car for a short while cause of people like this :/
Hadn't seen the driver, only came back to my car to see he was already parked. I assume he is quite the knob though.
