I caught this driver up on the A358 barely doing 40mph on a national speed limit road. Being in a class 1 lorry I was unable to overtake safely so was forced to sit behind it. I may have been a little close at times but I was hoping it would accelerate away. Behind me there were quite a few other vehicles. If this driver wants to drive at this speed why oh why could it not have pulled over and let us all overtake? When we arrived at an overtaking lane understandably I was keen to get past it which I did giving it a honk to alert it to its selfish behaviour. I think it may have honked me back. It followed me down the motorway where it exited at junction 26 for wellington. I found out later that this driver had actually reported me for tailgating but the point is had you have been driving at a sensible speed I wouldn't have had the opportunity.
Gender unknown but possibly had a female passenger.
