Not known. We observed at least 4 incidents of bad driving by this driver observed in 10 minutes on same North Circular route. Constant lane changes, undertaking and overtaking. This driver made another dangerous lane change in front of us, this time from the inside lane, within one minute of the incident pictured. Full dashcam video held.
