I was approaching the roundabout heading towards taunton when I just about spotted this dopey driver with absolutely no lights on his vehicle. He came from my right and as I exited for taunton I noticed him going around the roundabout yet again. Apart from having no lights the driver didn't seem to have a clue as to where he was going.
