Reckless and irresponsible driving, caused traffic to make emergency stop after overtaking stationary traffic approaching a bridge. Driver appeared to be DUI and erratic in his actions. Crossed the centre line onto the wrong side of the road on several occasions. Excessive speed and failed to signal.
