Breaking the speed limit in a 30mph zone and using his phone, he decided he couldn't wait for the traffic lights so he cut up cars in an adjacent right-turn only lane, only to cut more cars up when he forced his way back in the original lane. Worst driving I've seen, a menace and a danger to himself and others.
I don't know who he is, but I'm not sure he's aware that he has to pass his test before he's allowed on the roads.
