Blacked out Mercades jeep was seen driving extremely recklessly, swerving, speeding and overtaking people on residential roads, 40 limit roads and roundabouts. NOTE: Due to the speed of this car it was hard to see the reg, but I am confident this was it. Looking it up though, the reg appears to not registered with DVLA so it is either a fake plate or I have one number/letter wrong. However it definitely started with NC19.
