I was driving on the A19 and this driver approached from behind then moved into the right hand lane where he stuck alongside my car.. he then sped up and without any warning decided to move in front of me with no indication. I blared the horn to let him know he was about to hit me.. he moved back into his own lane. Further up the road, he then proceeded to return the favour with tailgating. He eventually got past me and it turned out he was playing around with his phone!!
