A young driver around 18 drives around in his 2014 blue ford recklessly without any care, He is always speeding going 50MPH in 30 roads. In addition, I always see him on his phone whilst driving, I can confirm this by looking on his Instagram (which he posts him driving whilst on the phone quite frequently) this is extremely dangerous as he is distracted from the road.
