On Queens Drive, after the Subway garage, and adjacent to Marlow Drive taxi cuts across white line from outside fast lane (travelling towards Jolly Miller) cutting up and going down the side of Blue Ford Focus who was in the inside lane and had right of way into the middle lane (as per road markings). Taxi has altercation but does not stop to exchange details. Ford Focus had looked like it had marks down the side of it afterwards.
