Heading from the traffic light junction towards junction 1 the inside lanes were coned off and only the outside lane was open. I moved over in plenty of time whereas this prick decided to fly down my inside and cut me up. Not your best idea when I am driving a fully loaded lorry! Impatient and ignorant driver!
