Driving down Dearden Street, oncoming traffic was giving way as there were parked cars on their side of the road. The driver in question then drove right up to me, almost up to my front bumper. I was in disbelief, while he was shouting in his car. Then he turned his car ignition off exited his vehicle and went and stood on the pavement shouting profanity and being generally biligerant. He then locked his car and walked off angrily which block the flow of traffic in both directions. As you can see from my picture, another oncoming vehicle had to mount the kerb to pass. Utterly ridiculous. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something, but in any case, I had right of way, which must have irritated him somehow.
