I was driving down the sliproad at junction 27 and was aware of a car in the left lane approaching fairly slowly. I slowed down and prepared to give way as is correct but this brainless driver almost came to a stop in the live lane presumably to let me out. I had absolutely no intention of doing so and waved him on afraid he might get hit by another vehicle. I suggest this driver urgently learn correct procedure at motorway junctions if he or she wishes to stay alive!
