Driving at excessive speed in 30mph limit. I was approaching a junction on my bike, saw the car approx 50 metres away on the road I was joining. There is a set of traffic lights approx 30m from the junction, the driver was approaching them round a bend; had they been going at anything like 30, loads of time for me to join road given how far away they were, travelling at nearer 50, so no chance. Luckily I was looking carefully or could have pulled out. Very loud music coming from car - no problem with this if it doesn't affect driving obvs.
DIdn't get a good look but small frame individual, thought it was a female at first but nature of driving more likely to be a young lad so could have been lad with long fair or perhaps hoody up.
