This Amazon Prime van driver was waiting at the traffic lights on Meeting House Lane/Market Street but was in a Keep Clear area blocking a driver from Castle Hill who wanted to turn right and go towards the railway station. The driver hooted the van man and although there was adequate space for van man to reverse and let this driver through, van man remained stubborn and wouldn’t budge.
This reluctance to move out of the way and let the vehicle through is not human error but stubbornness associated with inadequacy problems.
Power in the hands of inferior drivers creates problems for the innocent.
