Aggressive driver, doing 40 in a 30 zone. Driving aggressively, trying to intimidate others on road, tailgating to make drivers move out of the way, overtaking and glaring aggressively at the other drivers when passing.
Driver was caucasian, early to late 30s, had a white hoodie on - which is all I could see. There will be traffic camera footage from the top of Woodchurch road by Sainsburys road to the camera by Holm Lane that shows this speeding etc. 9.10 pm-9.20pm, can't be certain of time.
