Driver drove close behind me in 30 zone and then undertook in closed lane at speed. Swerved out in front of me and proceeded to tailgate car ahead of him trying to overtake/undertake and remaining 3 feet or so from car’s rear bumper.
I could only see outline from rear. Male with frizzy hair.
