Tailgating in outside Lane of dual carriageway. Then tried to undertake. Swerved back in behind me then undertook again as I went passed the car I was overtaking. I then had to brake severely as he swerved back in front of me before he reached the next car. He also had a cracked windshield right across his window and in front of the driver. Incredibly dangerous!
