Indian youngish woman very bad driver nearly caused 2 accidents. She drove her Black BMW parked in side road, pulled out in front of other driver at speed, then nearly caused a head on collision as another driver was passing a line of cars which had she looked would have seen was correctly passing . The driver failed to check it was safe to enter the road and failed to check for oncoming traffic. The driver then drove at speed in a 20mph area and saw someone she knew, drove right onto road from t junction and parked directly opposite the t junction on double yellow lines. Terrible driver .
