Male driver aggressively tailgating in the far right Lane on a congested motorway (M56) near Helsby. All three lanes congested, multiple cars going at 70mph in far right Lane making progress all within a chevrons distance. Driver in question tailgates my car aggressively, then decides to swerve into middle lane, no indication, cuts up and undertakes my car with less than a chevrons distance to other car forcing a break again no indicators used. Unprovoked and aggressive. All that behaviour to get ahead of a single car and still stuck behind more than a dozen cars still all doing the same speed. Unnecessary and reckless.
