The driver of this car pulling a bailey pegasus caravan needs to learn who gives way to who at a motorway junction. I was coming up the sliproad to join the motorway and could see this vehicle in the left lane so I adjusted my speed in order to pull out behind it. However, this idiot decided to slow down in the live lane and flash me out. Not your best idea with traffic coming up behind you on cruise speed!
