The braindead driver of this car was tailgating my lorry even when I slowed down to try and shake it off my arse. Obviously has no understanding of what hazard lights mean either as when I applied mine, still it sat glued to my arse. In desperation to get rid of it and when safe from other traffic I had to practically come to a stop before it finally decided to overtake me! At this point I got the vehicle details and in the course of double checking them I believe the driver is also driving around without a valid MOT.
