Driver overtook a row of 9 or more cars on the wrong side of the carridgeway and then cut in right at the lights forcing myself to do an emergency stop. Driver then Stopped on a Green causing a tailback. He then moved forward 20ft and stopped again winding down his window and giving a finger to all the drivers behind. He then proceeded to drive into BMW Group headquarters. He has been reported to BMW Group and to the local Police.
