I was behind this driver who seemed to think that being sunday the speed limits didn't apply as he proceeded to drive way above the 30mph speed limit through Hillcommon. I didn't actually catch him up again until Wiveliscombe. He also seemed to be far more interested in pointing out things of interest to his female passenger than he was on his actual driving!!
