Sped up to cut me off at traffic lights. I was filtering into the outside lane just before traffic lights which were on green, but as I approached the lights, I noted in my mirror that this van was speeding up to get into the lane, by doing so he forced me over to my left. When I alerted him with my horn, he stopped suddenly, forcing me to do an emergency stop. I noted that he had a boxer dog in the back which was being knocked around by his bad driving. As he approached Mole Valley rural supplies, he braked hard again to go in sharply around the corner, without indicating, and again that poor dog bashed it's head on the rear door glass.
I couldn't see whether it was male or female, but they were not old
