The driver cut off two lanes of traffic, went through red light, honked, swore and yelled out window at other drivers. Waited at green light then sped off to purposefully trap us behind a red light.
Two white men, Middle Aged, one was bald, other had small amount of hair. Due to rain could not see very much (thankfully)
