On a 20mph speed limit very thin uphill street, that often has many cyclists at the side (and not adequate passing space), this driver sped uphill at around 40mph, right up behind me on my bike (without the stopping distance if I had not managed to swerve out of the way in between parked cars). Once past, the car continued to speed and make dangerous turns at the next intersection.
