Swooping - Last Second Change Lane

I was in the inside lane on the A31 heading towards Guildford, when this Muppet of a driver in a Rental Van, possibly had an E on it.. Decided to just speed up and literally swoop over to the inside lane to come off.. #Jackass..

Unfortunately didn't see the driver...
