Another braindead driver, this time driving a taxi and a so-called professional, so should definitely know better. Followed the car in the previous report along the pavement rather than wait for a safe opportunity to drive around the parked lorry. I could see that the driver was stood beside the fridge unit and as such would not have heard the vehicle behind him and certainly would not have expected any vehicle to have been behind him. Had the driver have stepped back from the fridge unit, he could potentially have ended up under this taxi driver's wheels. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
