A tiny hatchback car driving very suspiciously, no indicating when turning from Albert Embankment. It turns right into Goding Street with the arches under the railway.
Either 4 or 5 middle aged, eastern European or Russian stocky looking men inside a tiny silver hatchback. Probably Russian secret service here to spy on the British intelligence service building which runs parallel to where the arch was located. Had a child seat in the back but there was definitely no family in this car – a decoy probably.
