I was crossing the small road to get to the bus stop and cars are usually slow as it’s a small round, people park there and it merges into the main road not long after. I saw a van enter but I was already walking and it’s a very narrow road anyways so it shouldn’t take a few seconds to drive. The driver proceeds to speed up aggressively, from 5 mph to like 30mph. I just barely make it across. It then slows down after and stops to merge into traffic. There was no reason for it to suddenly rush as there was traffic so cars weren’t even moving.
