Regularly illegally parked outside school gates. Has dinged several cars trying to manoeuvre out of parking spaces and driven off without even leaving a note. Regularly parks on pavements, forcing elderly and disabled, like he is, to go into traffic to get around abd resume using pavement. Drives very squirelly, like he's drunk or on meds.
Old bloke, can barely walk, abusive to locals and neighbours.
