He stopped in the road and was clearly on his phone. Beeped the horn at him 5 times and he stayed still in the road no hazards on or nothing then when we went to overtake he then began driving now with his phone to his ear talking on the phone. He never once looked in his rear view mirror or responded to beeping at the horn. Seriously dangerous driving.
