Was on a 60 road was empty infront so I allowed him time to get up to speed and hanged back then all of a sunder he started slamming on his breaks dangerously even though road was empty infront of him he kept sticking his finger up in the rear view mirror. Kept doing it with other cars who got behind him almost caused 3 crashes one including me I had slam on my breaks as well. Ridiculous that people like this are allowed on the road.
