BMW "driver" speeding and weaving through traffic on dual carriageway. Almost hit the back of a small van, the front near side of my van as they cut me up through a tiny gap, causing me to brake sharply for them. Then almost running into the back of a vehicle ahead of me as they struggled to control their car.
