This braindead retard in a Highway Maintenance vehicle pulled into my stopping gap and braked almost ending up with my loaded lorry embedded in his rear end. We both took the exit to M5 southbound where he moved over into the left hand lane. However he cut me up a second time when he came upon a slower moving vehicle in his lane. No consideration for other drivers whatsoever. In fact I have yet to have a positive experience with a driver of a Highway Maintenance vehicle.
