Driver stopped at junction without indicating, then turned right exactly as a man in a van was driving past, very nearly hitting this vehicle; then shouted abuse at the innocent party while gesticulating and threatening and telling him to 'fucking move'. Innocent party pulled over, the male sped off in the direction of Brockhurst Road. This male has also previously shouted abuse at me as I crossed the road several weeks ago
