Driver was tailgating me and harassing me. Overtook 60 miles an hour (30 mile zone) avoiding on coming traffic. Filmed him using dash cam as he gave me the finger, swore and then changed lanes zooming down the bicycle lane on the left towards Leeds City Centre almost killing a cyclist. 2 days later it was I who received the 'Notice of Intended Prosecution' . Called the 'casualty Reduction Partnership' was told to ignore it and write what happened in an e-mail to them. 2 weeks later I received a Final Notice threatening to fine ME £1,000. I asked if the driver would be prosecuted they said no further action. I have had a breakdown and am on antidepressants.
