Driving recklessly down the main street putting pedestrians at risk when they were crossing the road. Also on phone while driving and weaving across the road for no reason.
Black hair, small, always has sun glasses on while driving even when it's dark.

Speeding on A75. must of been doing 100mph while overtaking cars with cars coming towards them. Surprised he didn't crash
