Pulled out of a road in front of the vehicle above with plenty of space. Van was driving fast so caught up and beeped. Then pulled up next to me and my mum at the traffic lights at the top of Gedling Lane and started shouting at us to "learn to drive" repeatedly and then gestured at us. I put a thumbs up but he continued. After about a minute he pulled off.
